Women's Fitness | Georgeanna Johnson
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

It will be a boot camp class that will include high and low intensity levels. We will do body weight movements with options for any fitness level.

Men's Fitness | Nizham Rahim
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

We are going to incorporate functional movements to strengthen each person. Our goal is to make what may seem "impossible," POSSIBLE and develop each person to be stronger every day!
