Men's Fitness | Josh Funderburk
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Session
We will use timed exercises to maximize results. The focus will be on mobility and stretching followed by 25-30 minutes of intense, body-weight exercises that will target the full body in a calorie-torching way.
